Price Display:
The costs for frames, and the cost for the selected photos or art prints, are calculated and displayed together during purchase. For example, an A6 photo print with a sylvain frame is £54.90 in total. £54.90 is the price that gets displayed, instead of displaying £14.95, which is the price for the A6 photo print, and £39.95, which is the price for the A5 frame the A6 photo print would be fitted into.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are displayed separately to the costs of photo and art prints, and to the costs of frames. The shipping cost that needs to be paid depends on the size of the photo or art prints that are ordered. Prints that are ordered in either sizes A6 or A5 have a shipping cost of £7.87. Prints that are ordered in sizes A4 and A3 have a shipping cost of £17.50. Having a print fitted into a frame doesn’t increase the shipping costs that have to be paid. Shipping costs are dependent purely on the size of print that is ordered, so ordering a frame doesn’t increase it.
Sizes:
You can order prints in A6, A5, A4 and A3 size. Each print is presented on luxury Giclee paper and mounted into a different variety of mounts, ready to be placed into the next size up frame. A6 prints are fitted into an A5 frame, A5 prints are fitted into an A4 frame, A4 prints are fitted into an A3 frame, and A3 prints are fitted into an A2 frame.
Mount and Frame Selection:
When ordering photos or art prints, there’s a variety of different mounts that the prints can be mounted into, as well as a variety of different frames for the prints to be framed in. Customers can choose to either decide the type of mount they want, and the type of frame they want if they want a frame, or, they can let the artist choose. The first choice is pretty self explanatory. Customers can select which mount, and which frame they want to choose, based on which they think would look best. If the second choice is selected, then the artist will pick which mount is used, and discuss with the frame maker which frame to create, based on what mount the artist believes the photo or art print looks best against, and what frame they think the print fits into best.
Mounts:

Each photo or art print that gets purchased is placed into a mount from the available range of Arabian white, Spanish white, teal grey, toasted almond, denim blue and onyx black. Purchased photo’s or art prints are installed onto a mount as default, however the mount that is used can be chosen based on which mount you as the customer wants.
Frames:
There are three different types of frame categories to choose from, depending on the size of the photograph or art print that is being purchased. These categories are standard frames, sylvain frames, and luxury frames.
Standard Frames:
An example of the standard frame in use. This art print is not included when purchasing a standard frame.
Each of the available standard frames have been chosen by our artist in order to complement the available art photos and prints. Each of these standards frames are individually picked out and purchased by our artist, ready for photos and art prints to be fitted into. Standard frames are available from a range of black, grey and white, and are currently available in sizes A4 and A3.

Each of the Sylvain frames available have been chosen by our artist for the purpose of complementing images. Each of these frames are individually handmade by a skilled craftsman and are made to order, available from the range of gold, silver, black and bronze, white, and bronze. Sylvain frames are available for all available print sizes.

Luxury frames are available when purchasing A4 and A3 photos and art prints.

Acrylic Photo Prints:
When deciding to purchase one of the available art photos, as well as being able to order them mounted or framed, you can also choose to purchase them as acrylic prints. Purchasing these art photos as acrylic prints helps enhance the look of the photos, by making the different elements within the photos, such as the colours and the different details in them, pop out more, leading to the photos looking bolder, shinier, and more appealing. Photos are printed onto 4mm thick acrylic panels, which are lightweight and easy to handle. The thickness also make’s the acrylic photo’s durable and scratch-resistant, which helps reduce the risk of damage to the photo prints. Acrylic photo prints can be ordered in two sizes, 24x16” (61x40cm) and 31x23” (78.74x58.42cm).
Merchandise:
In addition to purchasing art prints to be placed on a mount or framed, prints can also be purchased as merchandise items, where the prints are printed onto different merchandise items. The merchandise items which can be purchased are mugs, t-shirts, cushions, bags, and aprons.
Please note that merchandise is still in the early days of being available, so any information regarding the merchandise is limited.

Customers can choose to purchase art prints which are printed onto a mug. The art prints are printed onto a standard ceramic mug, with the print being printed onto both sides of the mug.

Customers can choose to purchase art prints which are printed onto a cushion. Purchased cushions come in a fixed size of 16”x16”, allowing the print to appear clearly on the cushion, and ensure that as much of the print appears on the cushion as possible.
Bags:

Customers can choose to purchase art prints which are printed onto a bag. The art prints are printed onto a standard tote bag size, providing a clear view of the print, and fitting in to current bag fashion trends.
